General Coverage Information during COVID-19

See below for a few highlights of your benefits.

You can go to the OHP website to find out about your health care coverage changes due to COVID-19. It has information about emergency testing, going to the hospital while being out of state, as well as how to apply. Click HERE to go to the OHP COVID-19 web page. 

You can get your medications early if you need to!

As a Member of YCCO, you may get up to a 90- day supply of the following drugs:

  • Generic oral contraceptives (birth control pills)
  • Children’s multivitamins with fluoride, prenatal vitamins, folic acid and sodium fluoride
  • Digoxin, furosemide, hydrochlorothiazide, atenolol, metoprolol, captopril, enalapril, lisinopril
  • Levothyroxine
  • Albuterol HFA inhalers and nebulizer solutions

All members have a right to know about and use our programs and services.

We give these kinds of free help:

• Sign language

• Spoken language interpreters

• Materials in other languages

• Braille, large print, audio, and any way that works better for you

If you need help or have questions, please call Customer Service at 855-722-8205. If you need an interpreter at your appointments, tell your provider’s office that you need an interpreter and for which language.

YCCO WellRide services are a covered Medicaid benefit with no cost to you. If you need assistance during your ride, a support person, such as a nurse or aide, can ride with you at no charge. To qualify for YCCO WellRide services, you must be a current member. 

You may schedule transportation to and from any covered health service, including:

  • Primary care visits
  • Specialist office visits
  • Physical therapy
  • Dental care visits
  • Mental health services
  • Dialysis
  • and/or other health services covered by your health plan
 

What Kind Of Transportation Am I Eligible For?

We will arrange the lowest cost option that meets your individual needs. Available services may include:

  • Bus fare for Yamhill County Transit Area
  • Mileage reimbursement (pre-approved)
  • Wheelchair Lift/Ramp Van
  • Sedan/Taxi
  • Stretcher Car (for those who need to be transported lying down)
  • Secured Transport – professional transport for those in mental health crisis

YCCO WellRide is offering extra rides during COVID-19

YCCO members are temporarily eligible for free rides to the following locations:

 • Grocery store  • Food Pantry (food boxes etc)  • Bank  • DHS Office  • Employment Department • Cooling Centers (M-F)   

Eligible YCCO members can call WellRide to schedule rides to the essential places listed above.

El programa  WellRide de Yamhill  está ofreciendo viajes a sus miembros para acceder a los servicios esenciales durante la Orden de Quedarse en casa durante el COVID 19  

Yamhill Community Care entiende que estos son tiempos difíciles para todos y quiere estar seguro de que usted tenga lo que necesita durante la Orden de Quedarse en casa de Oregón.   

Los miembros de YCCO califican temporalmente para realizar viajes a los siguientes sitios:

 • Tienda de comestibles  • Bancos de alimentos (cajas de alimentos, etc.) • Banco • Oficina de DHS  • Departamento de Empleo   

Los miembros elegibles de Yamhill Community Care pueden llamar a WellRide para programar viajes en auto o en vehículos para sillas de ruedas para asistir a los sitios mencionados anteriormente.
