McMINNVILLE, ORE. 29 OCT. 2019— Yamhill Community Care is looking to the upcoming new year with anticipation and excitement as CCO 2.0 rolls out. CCO 2.0 emphasizes the quality of health care provided to Oregon Health Plan members and represents the next generation of health transformation including new goals and objectives established by the Oregon Health Authority for coordinated care organizations like YCCO. YCCO has been awarded a new contract with the Oregon Health Authority to continue providing coordinated health care to qualifying community members. The new contract will begin on January 1, 2020.
“Everyone deserves access to quality health care and YCCO is honored to continue serving to create a unified healthy community that celebrates physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social well-being,” said Seamus McCarthy, Ph.D., YCCO president and chief executive officer.
It is important to YCCO that individuals and organizations have an opportunity to learn more about CCO 2.0 to ask questions and share feedback. There will be four world cafe-style events hosted in the first half of November, titled Your Community & Your Health, A conversation about the future. The same information will be shared at each event to allow the three counties served by YCCO the opportunity to join locally. Your Community & Your Health is especially valuable for health care providers, community agencies, and community leaders. Oregon Health Plan members are also welcome to attend!
A light lunch and beverages will be provided.
