The Early Learning Council
The Early Learning Council consists of parents, medical professionals, educators, and social service providers. They serve as advisory to the YCCO board and work together to build a community that supports families and prepares children for success in school and in life.
The Early Learning Council:
- offers input on family support services.
- working together to expand early learning opportunities.
- monitors the success of the Early Learning Hub and identifies areas for improvement
The ELC meets the second Thursday of every month (except July) at 4 p.m. at 819 NE Third Street in McMinnville or via Zoom. Meetings are open to the public. To join an ELC meeting, contact 971-387-0120 or email earlylearning@yamhillcco.org.
