Yamhill Community Care (YCCO) Seeks Community-Based Organizations to Submit Proposals for Funding Request

YCCO announces more than $650,000 in Community Program Funding Available Through the Spring Request for Proposals 2025

McMinnville, Ore. – Yamhill Community Care (YCCO) is pleased to announce its Spring Request for Proposals (RFP) 2025 is now open, offering more than $650,000 in funding available to support local nonprofits and organizations working to improve community well-being. The deadline to apply is April 11, 2025.

These funds support programs and initiatives that align with YCCO’s Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), which focuses on building a healthier, more equitable future for all.

“This funding is an opportunity to directly support the incredible work being done by local organizations,” said Seamus McCarthy, President & CEO. “By investing in programs that align with our CHIP priorities, we can make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our community.”

Eligible nonprofits, government agencies, Tribes, and publicly funded organizations are encouraged to apply for funding to support initiatives that address key health and social needs in Yamhill County and surrounding areas. Applications will be evaluated based on their alignment with CHIP goals and their potential to create lasting, positive changes.
