Jenefar de Leon Cossey

Medicaid expansion promotes prevention. It helps Yamhill CCO fund programs that target health-related behavior, like the PAX Good Behavior Game at Yamhill-Carlton Elementary School. This guest editorial in the Eugene Register-Guard describes how PAX teaches children behaviors that will support life-long health.

Votes must be cast by Tuesday, Jan. 23. The mailing deadline has passed, but ballots can be dropped off at sites around the county by 8 p.m. Jan. 23.

Learn more about the PAX program.
