Yamhill Community Care Addresses Data Breach Involving Member Information
McMinnville, Ore. – Yamhill Community Care (YCCO) is providing notice about a recent data breach involving our Members. On August 29, 2025, YCCO learned that two financial reports containing YCCO Member IDs were posted online. Although we believed the personal information had been removed, it was still viewable. The reports have now been taken down.
YCCO is working with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to ensure this does not happen again. We have strengthened our internal policies, and OHA will now review reports before posting them online.
Affected individuals were sent notification by mail in October.
Members concerned about identity theft can visit identitytheft.gov, contact local law enforcement, request a credit report, or place a credit freeze through Equifax, TransUnion, Experian, or Innovis.
Questions can be directed to breach@yamhillcco.org or visit our Member Notification webpage for more information.
