The member pages on this website are for you and will let you know of important benefit-related info. You can also download the Member Handbook below to learn about all benefit info with full descriptions. Download the YCCO Member handbook in English, Spanish, Somali, Dari/Persian, and Arabic.
YCCO is dedicated to making sure members have this document in the language or format they need, we are working with our translation company to get the Member Handbook in more languages and they will be on the website as soon as they are received.
To request a print copy of a member handbook, or to get it in another language, large print, Braille, or a format you prefer contact Customer Service at 855-722-8205 TTY/TDD 711. There is no charge and you will receive a copy within five business days.
Your OHP Handbook is a great resource, too!
The Oregon Health Plan (OHP) has their own handbook, and can be a great resource for you to have as a YCCO member on the Oregon Health Plan.
