Keep your loved ones safe and healthy with vaccinations. Available to Yamhill Community Care members at no cost.

At a glance:

  • Vaccination is one of the best ways parents can protect infants, children, and teens from 16 potentially harmful diseases.
  • Immunizations are not just for children.
  • Adults also are at risk for some vaccine-preventable diseases.

Babies and Toddlers

  • Pregnancy: members should receive some vaccines when they are pregnant
  • Newborn through 2 months: some vaccines are given at the hospital at birth
  • 4 months
  • 6 months
  • 7 through 11 months
  • 12 through 23 months
  • 2 through 3 years

Young Children

  • 4 through 6 years
  • 7 through 8 years

Preteens and Teens

  • 9 through 13 years
  • 13 through 18 years

Adults

  • 19 through 26 years
  • 27 through 49 years
  • 50 through 64 years
  • 60 years or older
