Interpretation Services
All our members have a right to translation and interpretation services to ensure they can understand and access the care they need.
Emergency & Urgent Care
Emergencies and sudden illness happen to everyone. Your care is always covered in these circumstances. If you are currently in an emergency situation and need transportation and/or medical attention, please call 911.
Care Away From Home
Sometimes care is needed while you are traveling out of network. YCCO has you covered when the unexpected happens.
Health-Related Social Needs
Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) refer to barriers to health, like housing or access to food. HRSN benefits are not for emergencies. Application to receiving benefits may take more than 8 weeks.
Transportation
WellRide provides free rides for YCCO members to any physical, dental, pharmacy, or behavioral health visit, including health-related services, covered by YCCO.
Vaccines
Keep your loved ones safe and healthy with vaccinations. Available to Yamhill Community Care members at no cost.
