All providers can access patient eligibility, prior authorizations and claims/payment information through our provider portal CIM. It will make it easy for you to: check eligibility, submit a claim, submit a referral, check on the status of a referral and find helpful information regarding authorizations.
Please submit all PA request through the provider portal using the CIM3 portal whenever possible and only fax directly to PPP when necessary.
If you are a new provider who needs help in getting set up on the portal, or if you are an established provider with questions about the portal, please call submit a request to our CIM Support team or call our customer service department at 1-855-722-8205 and we can provide assistance.
Once in CIM, you will find helpful information on the Provider Services section. This will include access to clinical practice guidelines and other provider specific information for your reference. It will be updated as new information becomes available to keep you current on the practices.
